Showrooms

Our Montreal and Joliette locations offer spacious showrooms that recreate different ambiences and showcase various arrangements. In our Montreal showroom, our professionals can refer clients, by appointment, to our consultants. Our consultants are trained in design and will guide you in your selection of kitchen and bathroom products and accessories.

Delivery

From 6 a.m., Monday to Friday, our fleet of trucks, each equipped with a hoist, make your deliveries on time to the destination of your choice. One of our trucks is equipped with a mechanical arm to move heavy equipment. Want to know the time of delivery? Our drivers follow a predetermined route in order to maximize the efficiency of their trips.

As a result, we know approximately when delivery will be made to the various destinations. Our drivers can be reached at any time and can contact us with a specific delivery time or let us know if they are behind schedule due to some unforeseen event.

Telephone Order Service Qualified personnel in our telephone order service offers rapid service based on extensive experience and an efficient, modern computerized system.

You can place an order by phone at (514) 374-3110 from Monday to Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

Emergency Service

Emergency Service Have an emergency? Deschênes & Fils has staff in Montreal to help you 24 hours a day, Monday to Friday. So, in case of emergency, you can place an order in the evening, and it will be filled that same night.

Service boxes

So easy, so practical.
Service boxes have been installed to serve you better. This means that you can place an order and pick up your merchandise after business hours. The attendant will give you an access code when you place your order. This will provide access to a pick-up box. All you have to do is sign the delivery order, leave us the pink copy and pick up your merchandise.
